Renae Puco is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer with over 14 years experience in the fitness industry. She teaches an array of classes ranging from Body Toning, Pilates and Kickboxing to Spinning and Zumba, continually working on her fitness education to keep up with an ever-changing industry.
