The 2023 Interstate Wine Fest is on Saturday June 10th 1pm-8pm at the Washington County Agricultural Education Center near Hagerstown, MD.

APPLICATION to be a vendor at the 2023 Interstate Wine Fest is free, however:

IF APPROVED, THE FOLLOWING VENDOR REGISTRATION FEES WILL APPLY:

FOOD VENDOR – $350

COMMERCIAL VENDOR – $175 (If You Didn’t Make It, This Applies To You) 12×12

ARTIST/CRAFTER VENDOR – $125 12×12

NONPROFIT VENDOR – $100 (501C3 Only) 12×12

EXTRAS: Power $30 (at checkout), Limited Wifi $30 (at checkout) If you need double space, order two spots upon checkout. Checkout takes place on the Registration page, not this Application page.

*Vendors who apply will receive confirmation email that application was received. Vendors who are APPROVED will receive an INVITATION to Register, and payment will be collected at that time. After 7 days unregistered vendors risk losing their spot.
