FAQ
Do I need to wear specific clothes or bring anything else for the class?
No! Be comfortable, as we’ll work at standing tables. Accommodations are readily available for those using wheelchairs and folks who cannot stand comfortably for extended periods. We’ll provide all the flowers and equipment.
How big is the class?
The class size is limited to 8 guests, which means personalized assistance, plenty of space, maybe even some new friends!
Where do I go for the class?
Come to 176 Main Street in Beacon, NY, and enter through the shop’s front door. It’s to the left of the store window. Consider popping by a few minutes early to get settled.
Do I need any prior experience with flowers or art?
Nope!
Do I get to take my artwork home?
Yep! You’ll leave with your finished piece, plus the flower press containing the fresh flowers you selected. You’ll get to enjoy those at home later once they fully dry.
Will you serve refreshments?
We’ll have brunch cocktails (for ages 21+), seltzer and water. You can bring your own individual servings of snacks and other drinks, too.
Please keep the space and your fellow students in mind. (Meaning: please avoid foods with super-potent smells, big open glasses of your favorite red wine, food you need a whole plate and place setting to eat, etc.)
What happens if I need to cancel?
Once booked, tickets are not refundable. Because we’re a small business, we need to buy supplies in advance, and this helps us keep tickets more affordable for everyone. If you have any questions, just email hi@witchhazelny.com. We hope to see you soon!
