Tina Curran has been teaching Tai Chi, Five Element Qigong and meditation to students and teachers for many years including through Southampton Hospital’s Wellness Institute and Center for Parkinson’s Disease. She has led workshops in England, Ireland, at Smith and Bennington Colleges, and more as a senior teacher in the worldwide Tai Chi Foundation; and locally at the UU Meetinghouse and other centers for health and wellness.
Tina is a cancer survivor, grandmother and Early Childhood Educator who loves to play with writing, photography and gardening as well as her longstanding practice of Tai Chi.
