The 2023 Quad State Flavor Fest takes place August 12th at the Washington County Agricultural Education Center just south of Hagerstown, MD. Indulge yourself in local flavors, from BBQ to Hot Sauces, to Fun Varieties of Condiments like Pickles and Salsas, to an array of dressings, spreads, jams & so much more! Enjoy outstanding live music, beer, wine & spirits, as well as a huge Kis Zone (12 & Under Get In Free!) IFG’s eight annual events attract over 2,500 attendees per event. This event’s sister event, the Quad State Pickle Fest already has over 5,000 attendees!
Application to be a vendor at the 2023 Quad State Flavor Fest is free, However…
IF APPROVED, THE FOLLOWING VENDOR REGISTRATION FEES WILL APPLY:
FOOD VENDOR – $150 (24×18)
COMMERCIAL VENDOR – $175 (12×12)
ARTIST/CRAFTER VENDOR – $125 (12×12)
*If you need more than the allotted space, you will need to purchase two spaces at time of registration.
*Electricity Package is $30 and MUST be added at time of formal registration (not here) and includes access to Basic 7 Amp power within 25 feet (Bring your own cord). Larger power is not available. Quiet generators are permitted in food vendor row only.
Wifi Package is $30 and is only available in Vendor Pavilion 1.
*Vendors who apply will receive a confirmation email that their application was received. Vendors who are APPROVED will receive an INVITATION to Register, and payment will be collected at that time. If registration is not made within 7 days, you’ll risk losing your approval.
Absolute Vendor Deadline For All Vendors is July 14, 2023.
All spaces are outside, most under pavilions (not food vendors).
While there are NO REFUNDS, in the event of serious emergency or weather event, we will consider transferring vendor fee to another event.
